What do I need to create an account?
You'll need your driver's license and credit card handy. We accept foreign licenses, but you will need a Swedish personal identity number and BankID.
How long does it take to create an account?
Usually just a couple of minutes. You'll receive a verification email as part of the sign-up process. If you don't receive it, check your inbox spam filter just in case.
How long can I reserve a car for?
You can reserve from one hour to as long as you like.
Can I reserve a car at one station and return it to another?
You always pick up and return your car to the same station.
How does the digital key work?
Through Bluetooth, which means you don't need phone signal to unlock or lock the car. When you create an account, we'll ask for the relevant permissions.

How do I pay for the trips?
