Whether you’re new to driving Volvo cars or something unexpected happens on your journey, we're here for you every step of the way. In collaboration with Volvo Cars Product Creation, we're now introducing the M Button so you can get help from the car without compromising on safety.
Conveniently placed above the rearview mirror, the M Button lets you get in touch with our Customer Care team, wherever you are, whenever you need help.
Whatever comes up while you're driving, we'll get you the answers you need. We're here for you 24/7, same as always, just smoother than before.
With the M Button, you can get the help you need, while keeping your eyes on the road. No fumbling with your phone, and no distractions. Just press the M Button and we'll be there.
Get in touch with the M Button
- Press and hold the M Button for 2 seconds. You'll find it above the rearview mirror.
- We'll answer and help you, just like a regular call to our Customer Care team.
- You can end the call on the in-car display whenever you want.
Please note: In case of an emergency while driving, use the dedicated SOS button instead. It will put you in touch with a Volvo on Call service center, or the closest emergency call center.
